Memorial services for Diane Stone Hamilton were held 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Greenlawn Cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home.
Mrs. Hamilton, 73, died Thursday, August 31, 2017 at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.
Born in Dillon, SC, December 29, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Raymond L. Stone and Ilar Mae Prince Stone.
She was a member of Second Baptist Church in her youth.
Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Wade Addison Hamilton of Florence; sons, Tony (Cathy) Hamilton of Charleston, SC, and Dana Craig Hamilton and his fiancé, Rachel Furlong of Florence; 4 grandchildren, Genny, Ben, and Mary Hamilton, and Allen Craig; sister-in-law, Jean Stone of Florence; nephew, David Stone of Socastee.
Mrs. Hamilton was preceded in death by her sisters, Betty Mae Zielinski, and Rayjean Brooks; and her brother, David Stone.
