The 2016 City of Dillon Christmas card contest winner is C.J. Bailey from Gordon Elementary.
C.J. received a $25 gift card, and his card will be used this year for the City of Dillon’s Christmas card. The card will be on display at the Wellness Center. Second place winner was Jamica Short from Gordon Elementary, and she received a $10 gift card.
Shawn Sawyer from the City of Dillon Parks and Recreation Department presented gift cards to students.
