Dillon Christian School started off the month of December with lots of festive activities.
Mrs. Norton’s Art Appreciation class decorated the halls of elementary building with the Polar Express, complete with train, conductor, and the North Pole.
The faculty joined all the fun by decorating their classroom doors. Everyone did an awesome job!
The Grinch door won first place, Mrs. Heasely’s fourth grade took second place, Mrs. McMillan’s 2nd grade class came in third place, and an honorable mention was received by Mrs. Graves’ first grade class. Thanks to all the parents who volunteered to serve as judges.
Our annual Christmas Program was held on December 8, 2016. Our K-5 through 4th grade celebrated the birth of Jesus with song and praise, along with the DCS Drama Club who blessed those in attendance with a beautiful presentation of the Nativity.
Mrs. Power and Mrs. Pierce’s K-5 class ended the last week of school with a Polar Express party. They enjoyed a movie and popcorn, while lounging in their P.J.’s.
