Dr. Pete Cassidy was the guest speaker for the Mount Calvary Baptist Church Homecoming held on Sunday, November 13, at 11:00 a.m.
Dr. Cassidy served as pastor of Mount Calvary Baptist Church from 1972-1979. He is presently serving as an interim pastor in Cayce, S.C.
The Praise Band prepared everyone for the service.
Dr. Greg Hyler, pastor of Mount Calvary Baptist Church, made the announcements and welcomed everyone to the celebration.
After prayer and the offering, the Praise Band led in “Holy Is The Lord” and “He Is Exalted” followed by a solo by Josh Hilton.
Dr. Pete Cassidy delivered an inspiring sermon before the invocation, the benediction, and the blessing.
Everyone adjourned to the Family Life Center for fellowship and delicious food.
The Family Life Center was beautifully decorated.
