Turnout has been light today so far for the county council run-off elections in District 1, 2, and 4. The rain, which arrived later in the morning, is not helping the turnout numbers.
On the ballot are:
Dillon District One—James “Hoghead” Campbell, Mike Powell
Dillon District Two—Bobby Moody, Jack Scott
Dillon District Four-T.F. “Buzzy” Finklea, Jr., Aaron R. Gandy
