Services for Stephen Carroll Huggins will be held 4:00 p.m. Thursday at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Huggins Family Cemetery. Visitation will be held 2-4 p.m. Thursday prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Huggins, 60, died Monday, May 2, 2016 at his residence.
Born in Dillon County, SC, October 31, 1955, he was the son of the late Milton Huggins and Mildred Spradley Rownd.
Survivors include his step-son, Marty (Crystal) Loomis of Aynor; brothers, Larry (Annette) Rownd of Dillon, and Skip (Janet) Huggins of Ft. Payne, AL; step-father, Harry Rownd of Dillon; 3 grandchildren, Wendell D. Loomis, Brelyn D. Loomis, and Brianna L. Loomis.
Mr. Huggins was preceded in death by his brother, Mike Huggins; and his grandson, Tristan Carroll Loomis.
