Joseph Desser was the winner of the 2015 T.J. Spurling Jr. Tennis Championship Boys 14 and under division held at the Country Club of South Carolina on Saturday, September 5th. He is the son of Mark Desser and Lesa Bethea of Dillon and a 9th grader at Trinity-Byrnes Collegiate School in Florence, SC.
