The crowd enjoyed music and a variety of games including the egg toss, hula hoop contest, cornhole, a dunking booth, pie throw, basketball throw, softball throw, and other activities.
A special cake was made in honor of the teams, and a variety of food was available.
The celebration ended with a spectacular fireworks show, which can be seen in the video.

The Celebration of Champions honoring the Dillon 8U and Latta 10U World Series Dixie Softball Champions was held on Saturday, September 5th in Latta.
Latta Town Administrator Jarett Taylor made some remarks Both teams were introduced to the audience by Ricky Bryant. Special guest, Donell Stanley of the University of South Carolina football team, was in attendance.
