Florence Post 1 defeated Lake View 12-3 on Wednesday night in Junior Legion baseball action in Florence.
Nick Collins took the loss on the mound for Lake View.
Florence’s Benji Jones got the win, going two innings for one hit, one walk, and one out.
At bat, Post 1 was led by Ryan Florio, 2-for-4 with five RBI; JD Munford, three hits; Blake Robinson, two hits; and Brennan Herndon, two hits.
The first round of Junior Legion playoffs was set to begin on Monday night with Florence taking on Lake City.
