John Kever Love won the annual Latta Red Raiders home run derby on Saturday, May 30, at the Latta Recreation field.
Christian Hendrix, Travis Powers, and Dylan Anderson had a three-way tie for second place.
The Latta Red Raiders held their annual Ole Timers game on Saturday, April 25. Both events support the Alex H. “Buddy” Johnson Baseball Scholarship fund which is awarded to a deserving Latta High School senior. The derby includes past recipients of the scholarship.
