Dillon’s Lady Wildcats finished second in Region 8-2A softball, taking a 9-2 loss from Aynor, a 25-3 win over Marion, and a 6-5 loss from Waccamaw last week.
The Lady Cats will host Timberland in the first round of the the Class 2A District V softball playoffs on Thursday at 6:00 p.m.
Dillon was scheduled to face Latta on Monday in a non-conference game.
