Dillon’s junior varsity Wildcats picked up wins over Aynor and Wilson last week in JV baseball action.
On Monday, April 6, the JV Wildcats defeated the Aynor Blue Jackets 7-6. Spencer Terry earned the win on the mound for Dillon.
On Wednesday, the Wildcats hosted Aynor in a double-header for a 10-1 win in game one and a 5-1 win in game two.
The JV Wildcats will wrap up their regular season this Wednesday, April 15, at 5:00 p.m. in a double-header at Latta against the junior varsity Vikings. Make plans to attend to support our local teams!
In JV softball action, Dillon fell 5-0 to the JV Lady Blue Jackets on Wednesday in Aynor.
Aynor had three hits and scored three runs in the bottom of the third and two in the fourth to seal the win.
The JV Lady Wildcats were scheduled to host Pee Dee Academy on Monday and will be at the Lugoff-Elgin Tournament beginning on Saturday April 18.
