Sellers – Robert Moore, Jr. died Friday, December 19, 2014, at McLeod Regional Medical Center of the Pee Dee. Funeral services will be held Sunday, December 21, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. in Kannaday Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Piney Grove Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Kannaday Funeral Home in Latta.
Robert was born in Marion County, South Carolina, September 3, 1949, the son of the late Robert Alton and Ada Grice Moore. He was a member of Bristow Community Baptist Church. Mr. Moore was the owner and operator of Robert’s Wholesale and Used Cars.
He is survived by his son, Robert Allen Moore (Stacy) of Sellers; brothers, Richard Moore (Annette) of Coward, Larry Moore (Mary Beth) of Sellers, Thomas Moore of Florence, and Ernest Grice (Sheryl) of Marion; sister, Sara McCuthean of Florence; and grandchild, A.J. Moore. He was predeceased by his brother Charles Thomas Moore and Junior Moore.
