Services for Robert L. Clark will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday at Pentecostal Holiness Church with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Cooper Funeral Home.
Mr. Clark, 84, died Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at his residence.
Born in Dillon County, SC, February 3, 1930, he was the son of the late Elliott Clark and Mary Moore Clark.
He was a member of Pentecostal Holiness Church, was a volunteer for the Dillon County Fire Department for 41 years, retired from Dixiana Mill after 35 years of service, and was a Greeter at Wal-Mart for 10 years.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Lois Clark of Dillon; children, Cynthia Clark Mumford of Dillon, Marva Ann Clark McDaniels of Dillon, Robin Johnson Ford (Cloy) of Lake View, Robert “Bobby” Clark (Sharon Fleming) of Pickens, SC, and Jeanette Hardee (Shelby) of Dillon; 11 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Mr. Clark was preceded in death by his first wife, Lillie Mae Clark; and his brother, Lee Clark.
