Stevie Grice defeated incumbent Joe Johnson to win the Dillon County Council District 7 run-off election on Tuesday.
According to unofficial totals, Grice had 525 votes to Johnson’s 353 votes to win the election.
Grice has no opposition on the ballot in November.
