The Primary Election will be held on Tuesday.
Polls are open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m.
Locally, there are three county council races where the incumbents have opposition:
Dillon County Council District Five
Harold Moody
Allen Lane
Charles Taylor
Dillon County Council District Six
Robbie Coward
Andrew “Deboy” Graves
Dillon County Council District Seven
Shawn “Toad” Bethea
Michael Cooper
Stevie Grice
Joe Johnson
Tom Rowland
James “Pee Wee” Webster
You will have to choose whether you want to vote in the Democratic or Republican primaries. You must choose Democratic if you want to vote in the county council races.
State races will also appear on both ballots along with advisory questions.
You will also be asked to present a photo ID at the polls.
