Services for Mary Grace Shankle McDaniel will be held 4:00 p.m. Friday April 18, 2014, in Kentyre Presbyterian Church with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation is 6-8 Thursday in Cooper Funeral Home.
Mrs. McDaniel, 76, died Wednesday April 16, 2014 in McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.
Born in Scotland County, N.C. February 22 1938. She was the daughter of the late Lemmie H. Shankle, Sr. and Cleo Johnson Shankle. She was a member of Kentyre Presbyterian Church and Kentyre Presbyterian Women’s Circle.
Survivors include her children, James Michael McDaniel of Hamer, Cynthia M. Hyatt of Latta, Holly M. (Darryl) Taylor of Latta, and Charles Patrick McDaniel of Hamer; granddaughter, Corrie Lane of Latta; brother, Harold Shankle, Jr. of Dillon.
