Dottie Annette “Ann” Powers

Services for Dottie Annette “Ann” Powers will be held 3:00 p.m. Friday at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Ms. Powers, 52, died Monday, March 3, 2014 at her twin sister’s residence.
Born in Dillon County, SC, September 13, 1961, she was the daughter of the late Archie Haselden and Margaret Byrd Haselden.  She attended Shiloh Chapel, and was a Cook.
Survivors include her daughters, Shannon Hyatt (Woody) of Dillon and Crystal Powers (Marvin) of Latta; sons, Joey Hamilton of Nichols and Johnathan Wilson of Darlington; grandchildren, Ra’Kwon Bowman, Marquise Bradley, Gavin Powers, Kierra Powers, Gabriel Powers and Nevaeh Israel, Logan Hyatt, and Hayden Rippy; great-grandchildren, McKinley Parker and one on the way; twin sister, Jan (Shot) Pate of Sellers; sisters and brothers, Tootie (Steve) Hayes of Dillon, Shirley (Gene) Upton of Latta, Tommy Haselden, Avis Ryals, Patricia Tyndall, and Edna Brumbles, all of Marion, and James Tarte of Latta; and so many wonderful nieces and nephews; special friend, Laurie Allen.
Ms. Powers was preceded in death by her husband, Randy Powers; and her brothers and sisters, Luther Haselden, Charles Haselden, Glenn Haselden, Peggy Erwin, and Jane Haselden.
