Gold bows were placed on the sign in front of Main Street United Methodist Church in Dillon this week in support of Lacy McIntyre and Shott Moody, who have both been diagnosed recently with a type of childhood cancer. September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, and the bows are displayed to show support for the affected children in our community and The American Childhood Cancer Organization, a national organization which is an essential and integral provider of support and programs required by families of children which have childhood cancer. A donation at Taldous in Dillon will give you a gold bow to display in your yard in support of these children and this worthwhile program. (Contributed by Bob Braddy)
