A shooting has occurred in the Lake View area, according to Captain Cliff Arnette of the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office.
The shooting occurred on Grain Bin Road. One person has been shot, and Arnette said that this person’s condition is critical.
As of 11:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Captain Arnette said the case was under investigation and no further details were available.

One person is in custody after a shooting on Grain Bin Road in the Lake View area on Tuesday night, according to Captain Cliff Arnette of the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office.
Dewey Cox, age 25, 1670 Grain Bin Road, Lake View, is charged with attempted murder, Arnette said.
The matter is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
The victim was in stable condition on Wednesday, Arnette said.
