The Dillon Wildcats fell 5-2 to Marion this week in varsity tennis.
Marion picked up three wins in singles action, with Tyler Williams defeating Jacob Stagg 6-1, 6-4; Matt Williams defeating Daryl Miller 6-2, 6-0; and Anuay Pulukuri defeating Eriq Bruce 6-1, 6-0.
Dillon picked up wins in the number three and number five singles. Carlton Graham defeated Zi Huang 6-4, 6-2 and Myers Hamer defeated Justin Turner 6-3, 6-0.
In doubles, Marion’s Tyler Williams and Matt Willimas combined to go 6-3, 6-4 over Dillon’s Daryl Miller and Carlton Graham. Marion won the other double’s match by forfeit.
