Charles Scott was recently appointed to the Dillon County Public-Private Economic Development Partnership Board to replace Charles Vance, who resigned. Dillon County Councilman Harold Moody made the motion, seconded by Councilman Joe Johnson. All were in favor. Appreciation was expressed for Vance’s service.
