Frances McKinley died Sept. 29, 2012 at McLeod Medical Center, Florence. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Bartell Funeral Home, LLC of Dillon. The family is receiving friends at the home of her brother, Mitchell McKinley, at 1507 Bridal Lane, Dillon.
