This week’s recipe is extra easy.
Oven Stew Beef
1 1/2 to 2 pounds of stew beef meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. can sliced mushrooms w/juice
1 package dry onion soup mix
Mix all in large casserole. Cover tightly and bake at 325º for 3 hours.
