Carter Reappointed As Municipal Judge

The Dillon City Council reappointed Dolphus Carter as a municipal judge at a recent meeting.
Councilman James Washington made the motion seconded by Councilman Phil Wallace. The motion passed unanimously.
The appointment is for a four-year term.
