Funeral Service for Mr. Vernie Blunt will be held Sunday, June 10, 2012 at 2:00 PM at St. Matthew AME Church, Hamer, with Rev. Johnny Coe, pastor. Mr. Blunt died Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at McLeod Hospice House, Florence. Bartell Funeral Home, LLC of Dillon is in charge of these arrangements. The family is receiving friends at 609 East Harrison St., Dillon.
