Reader Recipe: Caramel Pie

Caramel Pie
Ingredients
2 Cans Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Remove labels from cans. Place unopened cans in pot and cover with water. Bring water to a boil and let the water boil for 2 hours. Allow cans to cool off. Open cans and pour both cans into one crust.
That’s it, you’re done. It sounds crazy but it works. The milk turns into caramel inside the can during the boiling process. It’s great plain or topped with Cool Whip.
