Services for Ronnie L. Cook will be held 3:00 p.m. Friday at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
Mr. Cook, 57, died Monday, April 23, 2012 at his residence.
Born in Dillon County, May 20, 1954, he was the son of Lanneau Cook and the late Juanita Edwards Cook. He was a U.S. Air Force and Navy Veteran, and was retired from Century Contractors of Matthews, NC as a Crane Operator.
Survivors include his wife, Geneva Gaddy Cook of Dillon; children, Dorothy Foley Smith (J.M.) of Mullins, and Wendell Foley of Dillon; father, Lanneau “Skinner” Cook of Lake View; grandchildren, Heidi Smith Hardee, Jonathin Hardee, Jaclyn Foley, Amanda Smith, Tiffany Foley, and Taylar Foley; great-grandchildren, Zoey Smith, Avery Hardee, Jacy Winburn, Karter Lane, and Emma Grace Hardee; brothers, Jerry Cook, and Wayne Cook, both of Lake View, and Greg (Debbie) Cook of Newsport News, VA; nieces, Brittany Cook and Lea Cook; and nephew, Jeremy Cook.
