Rocky Road Candy
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
12 oz. bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
10 oz. bag of miniature marshmallows
2 cups of dry roasted peanuts
Microwave first three ingredients (condensed milk, chocolate chips, and margarine) in a microwave safe bowl until creamy- about 1 minute and 20 seconds. Combine marshmallows and peanuts and add to chocolate mixture. Stir until well coated. Line a 9×13 pan with waxed paper. Press candy mixture into pan, cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into desired size pieces. Keep refrigerated.
