Dillon’s Chelsea Frazier Plays in North-South Basketball Game

Chelsea Frazier played in the North-South All Star Basketball game held over the weekend in North Myrtle Beach.

Frazier averaged 28.9 points for the Dillon Wildcats in her senior year.

She earned a total of 607 points this season, with 144 rebounds, averaging 7.0 per game. She made 126 assists, averaging six per game, and made 84 steals for an average of four per game.

The North Squad won the match 93-46. Norrisha Victrum led the North with 13 points and was one of five players who scored in double digits. The North forced 38 turnovers in the game.

Tinsley Hallman led the South with 10 points, and Brittany Rowell of Mullins earned five points and grabbed a team-high 11 rebounds.

Frazier earned four points for the South, and Johnsonville’s Keyarah Turner also earned four points. Dana Moore of Marlboro County added three points, and South Florence’s Brianna Kelly scored two points in the loss.

Frazier was the only local basketball player to be named All-State this season, and was also named All-Region.

Frazier was also recently named All Pee Dee.
