Services for Gabrielle Elizabeth Strickland was held 3:00 p.m. Sunday at Oakland Holiness Church with burial in the church cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home. Visitation was held 7-9 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home.
Gabrielle, 9, died Thursday, March 15, 2012 at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.
Born in Charleston, SC, February 7, 2003, she was the daughter of Michael Allen Strickland and Jessica Dannielle Edwards Strickland.
Survivors include her parents, Michael & Jessica Strickland; sister, Kylie Strickland of Florence; brother, Allen Strickland of Florence; grandparents, Jerry & Marguerite Hammonds of Dillon, and Bill Edwards of Bennettsville; numerous aunts & uncles.
Gabrielle was preceded in death by her grandmother, Darlene Edwards; and her great-grandmother, Martha S. Berry.
