Hattie Mae McNeil died Thursday, January 19, 2012. Funeral service for Ms. McNeil will be held Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Manning Missionary Baptist Church, Dillon. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery. Bartell Funeral Home, LLC of Dillon is in charge of these arrangements. The family is receiving friends at 305 North 11th Avenue, Dillon, SC.
