Will Grice has retired from Herald Office Systems. A dinner was held in his honor on January 6th.
Grice, affectionately known as “Uncle Bill,” has been with the Jordan family and the company since he was old enough to work—nearly 70 years.
He began working in Carleene Jordan’s mother’s yard withe his brother and his father doing yard work. Grice’s daughters and granddaughters are all college graduates.
Thomas Jordan, vice-president of Herald Office Systems, remarked, “Uncle Bill will go out and pick up someone and take that person to church. His attitude and the way he carries himself has been a blessing to himself and The Herald organization.”
