Jennifer Bozard has been promoted to the Executive Leadership Team overseeing Kiawah Island Golf Resort. “Jennifer’s career with KIGR began in 1997 including a number of years in various operational positions within the resort before finding a permanent home in Human Resources in 2003. Her 14 years of experience at the resort will be invaluable as she takes on her new responsibilities. We always first look within our own ranks when filling key management positions in the resort and I’m delighted to have one of our own moving on to our executive committee.” states Roger Warren, President of KIGR. Jennifer graduated from Clemson University in 1997 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management with an emphasis in Travel and Tourism. She has held various leadership positions at KIGR including Front Office Manager, Property Manager, Reservations Manager, Recruiting Manager and Human Resources Manager, prior to
becoming the Director of Human Resources. The Society of Human Resources recognized Jennifer with a Professional in Human Resources designation. She has continued her education through the College of Charleston’s Hospitality Leadership Development Institute and is a graduate of the 2011 Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Charleston program. Her community involvement includes leadership positions at Habitat for Humanity, Crisis Ministries, Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, United Methodist Women and Grace United Methodist Church. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Bozard (Dillon, SC).
