Libby’s Recipes: Fudge Pie

This is an easy recipe that I used to make all the time.

Fudge Pie

1 stick margarine
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup Baker’s cocoa
1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
nuts (optional)
unbaked pie shell

Melt margarine, add vanilla and eggs and mix well. Stir in sugar, cocoa, flour, and chopped nuts. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Top of pie will rise and crack and then fall as it cools.
