Services for Eloise B. McLellan will be held 4:00 p.m. Friday in Kentyre Presbyterian Church with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Thursday in Cooper Funeral Home.
Mrs. McLellan, 81, died Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at her residence.
Born in Robeson County, NC, February 8, 1930, she was the daughter of the late W.C. Bracey, Sr. and Sallie Bryant Bracey. She was a member of Kentyre Presbyterian Church, and was a homemaker.
Survivors include her children, Sally Burns of Winston-Salem, NC, Carolyn (Bryan) Crutcher of Charlotte, NC, Jane (Tenny) Moss of Florence, Leslie (Shelley) McLellan of Hamer, and Ellen McLellan of Seneca, SC; 9 grandchildren, Will Burns, Emily Crutcher, Whitney Moss, Eden Young, Justin McLellan, Britney McLellan, Matthew McLellan, Brooke Gainey, and Joshua Grimm; 7 great-grandchildren, Lilly Burns, William Burns, Maddux Young, Kaelyn Young, Riley McLellan, Haley McLellan, and Landon McLellan; brothers, Roscoe Bracey of Hyattsville, Maryland, and Dallas Bracey of Ocean Isle, NC.
Mrs. McLellan was preceded in death by her husband, Alton Lamar McLellan; and her infant son.
