By Robbie Hinson

Wednesday night, October 5, the J.V. Martin Wildcats improved to 5 and 0 and moved into first place of the Pee Dee Conference.

With the win over the Darlington Falcons, the Wildcats made it 11 straight games without a loss dating back to last season’s only loss to the Southside Falcons.

The J.V. Martin Nasty Cats defense has held the first five opponents to 6 total points this season. The offense has scored a total of 86 points in their five wins.

The cats were scheduled to play at home this week against the Sneed Squires. This will also be the Wildcats’ Homecoming.
