Libby’s Recipes: Black Forest Oreo Crisp

Oreo Crisp
16 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped
2/3 cup toasted slivered almonds
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cans cherry pie filling (21 oz. each can)
vanilla ice cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cookie crumbs, almonds and butter until well blended and set aside. Spoon pie filling into lightly greased 13×9 baking pan. Top with crumb mixture. Bake 350 minutes until hot and bubbly. Top individual servings with ice cream. Serves 12.
