Services for Eula Mae Gaddy Bailey will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday in Dillon Congregational Holiness Church with burial in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be held 6-9 p.m. Friday in Cooper Funeral Home.
Mrs. Bailey, 75, died Monday, August 15, 2011 at McLeod Medical Center in Dillon.
Born in Dillon County, May 23, 1936, she was the daughter of the late John H. Gaddy and Ada Hyatt Gaddy. She was a member of Dillon Congregational Holiness Church, and was a homemaker. She was the widow of the late Maxton H. Bailey.
Survivors include her children, Mary (Tommy) Kelly of Florence, Debbie (Farouk) Wahby of Florence, Susie Bailey Scott of Dillon, Randy (Pam) Bailey of Florence, and Neal Mack “Mackie” (Casey) Bailey of Florence; brother, David (Carolyn) Gaddy of Atlanta, GA; sisters, Annie Mae (Marion) Ivey, Betty Sue (Tony) Lane, both of Dillon, Juanita Smithey of Marion, Doris (Robert) Hinson, and Geneva (Ronnie) Cook all of Dillon; 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Bailey was preceded in death by her son, James M. Bailey; and daughter-in-law, Bonnie Turner Bailey.
