William David Williamson, Jr.
Services for William David Williamson, Jr. will be held 4:00 p.m. Wednesday in Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be held 7-9 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
Mr. Williamson, 58, died Sunday, August 14, 2011 at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.
Born in Dillon County, March 10, 1953, he was the son of Effie Horne Williamson and the late William David “W.D.” Williamson, Sr. He attended First Baptist Church of Bladenboro, NC.
Survivors include his sons, Jonathan (Heather) Williamson of Bladenboro, NC, Cory Williamson of Whiteville, NC, Anthony Newman of White Lake, NC, and Courtney (Reid) Johnson of Hawaii; daughter-in-law, Candace Williamson of Lumberton, NC; mother, Effie Williamson of Dillon; grandson, Robert Johnson; sisters, Lisa Stevens of Loris, Linda Cooper and Brenda Kinsey, both of Dillon; brother, Michael Williamson of Dillon.
Mr. Williamson was preceded in death by his son, Christopher Lynn Williamson; and brother, Wayne Williamson.
