Wildcats Eliminated as Vikings, Gators Advance

Both Dillon’s baseball and softball teams were eliminated from the playoffs last night as Bishop England defeated the Wildcats 12-6 and Silver Bluff defeated the Lady Wildcats 7-6 in game one and 3-2 in game two.

Meanwhile, both Lake View teams advanced to the Lower State finals as the Wild Gators defeated Timmonsville 12-5 and the Lady Wild Gators defeated Branchville 10-0.

Latta also fared well, with the Vikings dropping their first game to Hannah-Pamplico 6-3, but earning the District title with an 8-5 win in game two. The Lady Vikings defeated Lamar 13-3 to advance to the Lower State softball finals.
