Services for Sarah Elizabeth Lattimore Miller will be held 3:00 p.m. Sunday in Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be held 1:00-2:30 p.m. Sunday prior to the service.
Mrs. Miller, 88, died Friday, April 29, 2011 at McLeod Medical Center in Dillon.
Born in Newberry, SC, November 9, 1922, she was the daughter of the late John C. Lattimore and Nannie Caneron Lattimore. She was the widow of the late Wayne D. Miller, Jr., was a graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina School of Nursing. She was a Registered Nurse and Teacher, member of Main Street United Methodist Church, Louise Best Circle, Dillon Flower Club, VFW Auxliary and a life member of the Medical University of South Carolina Alumni.
Survivors include her five sisters-in-law, Doris Foreman, Virginia Miller, and Kate Miller, all of Dillon, Shirley Miller of Hartsville, SC, and Edna Miller of Oakhurst, NJ; a number of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
