The Darlington Falcons boys tennis team remains undefeated after facing off with Dillon for a 6-1 victory on Monday, March 21.
The Falcons swept all five singles matches against Dillon, with Darlington’s Alex Howle defeating Dillon’s Jackson Stagg 6-0, 6-0. Brent Harrison defeated Kyle Daniels 6-1, 6-1. Marcus Sigmun defeated Jacob Stagg and William Jordan defeated Kelly Jacobs with scores of 6-2 in each match. And Darlington’s Brandon Eads defeated Dillon’s Bryant Miller 6-2, 6-7, 10-3.
In doubles matches, Dillon’s Kyle Daniels and Jackson Stagg managed to defeat Brent Harrison and Marcus Sigmon 9-8, but Darlington’s Austin Blackmon and Zachary Ward defeated Dillon’s Adam Owens and Christopher Rouse 6-1,6-1.
The Falcons remain undefeated with a 4-0 tennis record.
Dillon will next travel to Waccamaw for a double header on Wednesday, March 23.
