Dear Editor:
I’m a caring, concerned citizen here in Dillon County.
I’m writing to say they should pass the law for adults and teenagers that they should not be talking or emailing on cell phones and driving at the same time.
And it should be passed because it’s causing to many accidents, wrecks, people getting killed, and it needs to be put to a stop before it gets even worse.
And if you get these people’s attention by giving tickets and points on their driver’s license, they will realize what I’m talking about.
