Mr. Jimmie Dale Clark, 58, beloved husband of the late Sandra English Clark, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 3, 2020 at MUSC in Florence with his loving family by his side.
Born in Marlboro County, SC, on December 2, 1961, he was the son of the late Edward Clark and Lula Mae Holmes Clark. He was a Foreman with Crawford Sprinkler Company. He enjoyed fishing, NASCAR, and watching his favorite NFL team the Washington Redskins. He will be remembered as a loving father, brother and friend.
A Service to celebrate Jimmie’s life will be held 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 9, 2020 at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Mr. Benny Cooper. The family will receive friends beginning at 3:00 until service time.
He is survived by his daughters, Crystal (Clifton) Hulon and Casey Marie Clark both of Lake View; a son, Jimmy Dwyane Clark of Lake View; a granddaughter, Kiera Rayne Elvington of Lake View; sisters, Betty McKinney of Bennettsville, Nancy Goldson and husband Chuck of Laurinburg, NC, Barbara Beverly of McColl, Helen Clark of Bennettsville and Deborah Clark of Bennettsville.
Jimmie was preceded in death by his parents and wife listed above; and by a son, Jimmy Dale Clark, Jr.; brother, James Clark; and a sister, Brenda Quick.
