A man was found dead in his submerged truck this past Wednesday on Highway 57. Coroner Donnie Grimsley has identified the man as Charles Andrew Carter, an 81-year-old white male, of Bishopville, S.C. Grimsley said he died of asphyxiation due to drowning.
