Joyce Ann Elliott, 76, died Thursday, August 1, 2018, at Palmetto Health Richland in Columbia.
Funeral services were held 3:00 P.M. Sunday, August 5, 2018 at Dillon Pentecostal Holiness Church with entombment in Evergreen Perpetual Care Cemetery Mausoleum directed by Cooper Funeral Home. Visitation was 2:00-3:00 P.M. prior to the service at the church.
Born in Dillon County, SC, September 29, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Clyde Hubbard and Rosa Lee Hunt Hubbard. She was a member of Dillon Pentecostal Holiness Church, and was a Seamstress.
Survivors include her brothers, Marion Hubbard of Oakboro, NC, and Clayton (Donna) Hubbard of Florence, SC; numerous nieces and nephews; special great-niece, April Williams.
