Mount Calvary Baptist Church Holds Homecoming

The Mount Calvary Baptist Church Quartet opened the 130th Homecoming Celebration at Mount Calvary Baptist Church on Sunday, November 12, at the 11:00 a.m. worship service.
Prayer was given and worship continued with the tithes and offerings followed by the choir’s singing of “Jesus! What A Friend For Sinners”.
Dustin Mew and the Praise Band sang two songs, “Good, Good Father”, and “Forever (We Sing Hallelujah”), to the delight of the congregation.
Allison Hedgepeth sang a solo that was a blessing for everyone.
Former pastor, Rev. Joe Smith’s sermon was from II Kings, Chapter 4.
The invitational hymn was “The Savior Is Waiting”.
After the Benediction and Blessing, everyone met in the Family Life Center for a delicious meal and fellowhip.
The postlude was by Miss Linda McKenzie.
