The St. John Missionary Baptist Church, 215 Covington Street, Latta, will celebrate the rededication of the church building that was severely damaged by Hurricane Matthew in October 2016 on Saturday, September 23 at 5 p.m. Dr. Charles Pee, moderator of the Little Pee Dee Association will be the preacher. Dr. William J. Walker is the pastor.
