Mitchell Prentiss Turner, 62, died Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at McLeod Hospice House of the Pee Dee.
Graveside services will be held Friday, April 21, 2017, at 4:00 p.m. at Bristow Chapel Cemetery in Brownsville, SC. Visitation will be on Thursday, April 20, 2017, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Kannaday Funeral Home in Latta.
Mr. Turner was born in Dillon County, South Carolina, November 28, 1954, the son of Roland Printiss and Mary Huggins Turner. He was a self-employed truck driver.
He is survived by his son, Kevin Turner of Oak Grove; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and sister, Sylvia T. Skipper of Oak Gove. Mitchell was predeceased by his sister, Judy A. Edwards; and brother, Ronnie Turner.
